Breast infection - how does this happen?

Hi there, new week and what a last 2 weeks it has been. It all started when it was a beautiful day (30 degrees) having lunch and a walk in the park and I started to feel a little weird and weak. The day went on and I started to feel cold, that was a not okay when it’s so warm outside, so I knew I was getting fever. Like every newborn mom it is normal that you have a lack of sleep, so I thought that’s it. I need to get more sleep, take some vitamins and all will be better. What also happened.

First 6 weeks postpartum recovery

After giving birth – natural or C-section - your body needs to recover in a minimum of 6 weeks. This all depends on how your birth was and how your recovery is going. Mosly with C-section the recovery takes a little longer (8-12 weeks) than natural birth because of the scar healing.
