My 2 Favorite JUICES

Hey there, I’m back and this time it is to share the recipe of my 2 favorite daily juices. I make these to make my daily veggie and fruit intake higher in a natural healthy why.

So I have:

  1. The clean green
  2. The Orange booster
  3. ginger / lemon shot

 

Just to be clear, I take 1 shot and 1 juice additional in my daily routine. One day the clean green and the other day the orange booster. I don’t use these for detox cleansing.

 

To slow juice everything I use the slowjuicer from nutribullet. To make a lot at once, I make each recipe 4 times. Fill up the bottles and keep them in the freezer. You can keep the juices fresh up to 3 months in the freezer and 3 days in the fridge.

Here are the recipes:

 

1))   CLEAN GREEN

1x cucumber                    3x stalks of celery

1x green apple                 1x fennel

1x peace ginger               1x lemon

1x yellow bell pepper

 

2))  ORANGE BOOSTER

2x sweet potato                             1x red bell pepper

4x big carrots                                 1x red apple

2x oranges                                      1x red beetroot

3))   GINGER / LEMON SHOT

Depending on how much you make and the size of your shot bottles. I divide it to 40% ginger juice and 60% lemon juice.
