This summer I worked on an 8 week fitness plan under the guidance of Nikita. A training schedule was set up with me and I had to keep track of what I eat for a week. After this I discussed this with Nikita, it was very nice to hear that I was already doing well and we were able to make a few small adjustments. This has delivered the desired result for those 8 weeks. Gained muscle mass and lost fat mass, this was very nice but the most important thing was that I felt stronger and fitter than before. After my pregnancy, breastfeeding and many sleepless nights I wanted to do something for myself. In addition to exercising, I followed a nutrition plan with Nikita. I wanted to get fitter, know what healthy food is for me and lose weight for the summer :-) And it worked! In 6 weeks I lost 5 kilos. Yoohoo! I learned how to adjust my diet and to make better and healthier choices. I don't have to deny myself anything like with diets. So I can hold it easily and eat all kinds of tasty things :-) I am also very satisfied with Nikita's guidance. She is professional, helpful, motivating, supportive and very positive! I have achieved my goals and hold on easily!

The 8 weeks have flown by! I am completely happy with Nikita's nutritional advice, which has opened up a world for me. I weighed myself at home this morning and can tell you that today I have lost exactly 10 kilos in these 2 months. Of course I will continue with this and hope that this will work again in the coming months. Of course I had to do it myself, but Nikita's advice and ideas helped me a lot. Nikita really put us on the right track for structural healthier and fitter life. Not just because of the personal coaching process with nutritional advice and weekly guidance, also after this journey by continuing to encourage and motivate us. With my partner we wanted to tackle the excess weight together, the doctor also insisted on this. Personal involvement and a setting challenging "snappy" goals gave a boost to actually become fitter and healthier. We have a healthy BMI again and are again fit. All this happened in a nice cozy atmosphere. We continue together her input, enjoy going to the gym.

Nikita is the sweetest most involved coach you could wish for. She can look at your problems and body from a distance and adjust your coaching program there. She helps you with what is really needed. Sometimes you stare blindly at your own problems and imperfections, but she sees right through that. It's about your mindset. And you make your mindset stronger through sport and taking good care of yourself. An absolute must if you get in the way of yourself or struggle with your self-image and your body. I felt vital and worked out my light eating disorder-like activities within 3 months. I'm a power babe that can be there. And now I believe and feel that myself 100%.

I have been working out daily for years now but mostly within HITT group classes. Seeing my medical condition, I could benefit from targeted muscle strengthening and more tailored guidance. Plus, I found the open gym threatening - where to start? Over the last few months Nikita has helped me understand my body better, showing me my weaker areas and how to train those. I now know my way around the gym and while training with Nikita, I have learned what to train, how to train and how to execute the different exercises correctly. Besides her being a professional, she is kind, interested and fun to work with!

I have tried several PT’s but Nikita is far above the rest. She is very knowledgeable and careful. I had a good intake, she always prepare the lessons, measure progress and ensure a varied but tough training. Every week she challenges you to push your boundaries. That keeps me motivated.
